Important note
This page is a professional template tailored to a global services store (services + programs + digital downloads). You should replace the “Provider details” and “Governing law” placeholders to match your legal entity.
Where local mandatory consumer law applies, those rights remain in effect regardless of wording here.
1) Definitions
Read definitions
- “Store” means this Shopify storefront and its pages, products, checkout, and related communications.
- “We / us / our” means the Store operator under the Coaching Impact brand (the services arm aligned to Spirit of the Game Foundation).
- “You / customer” means the person or entity purchasing or using an offering.
- “Offering” means any service, program, assessment, coaching/consulting package, or digital product sold via the Store.
- “Digital Product” means a non-physical item delivered electronically (templates, dashboards, files, downloads, access links).
- “Service” means a time-based or deliverable-based engagement (calls, reviews, assessments, debriefs, advisory, implementation support).
2) Eligibility & accounts
Who can buy
You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate purchase and contact information. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3) Our offer & how delivery works
How we fulfill services globally
Our offerings are designed to be delivered remotely, worldwide. After purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation. For service-based offerings, we typically follow up by email to collect required inputs (context, goals, links, documents) and to confirm delivery steps and scheduling.
- Product names may differ by audience (career professional, entrepreneur, executive), while the backend workflow may share common components. Your exact deliverables are the ones described on the product page and/or in the confirmation email.
- We do execution-first work: assessment → clarity → plan → assets → implementation support (as applicable to the offering).
- Delivery channels may include email, shared documents, dashboards/templates, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet or equivalent).
4) Pricing, currency, taxes
What you see at checkout
Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Depending on your location, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional processing fees. Taxes (if applicable) may be calculated at checkout.
5) Payments & chargebacks
Payment rules
- Payment is required before access/delivery unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend delivery while the dispute is investigated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
6) Digital products
Delivery + access
Digital Products are delivered electronically (download link, email delivery, or account access). You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. If you do not receive a Digital Product, contact us and we will verify delivery and re-send access where appropriate.
Digital Products are licensed for your personal use or internal business use unless the product page states otherwise.
7) Services & programs (calls, scheduling)
Scheduling + time zones
Calls and live sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. We operate globally and will confirm time zones in writing. If an offering includes calls, you are responsible for showing up on time and providing required inputs by the requested deadlines.
- Missed sessions may be treated as delivered unless covered by the Refund & Reschedule Policy.
- Some programs may have cohort dates, limited seats, or fixed timelines; those details will be stated on the product page.
8) Refunds & rescheduling
Which policy applies
Refunds, rescheduling rules, and any exceptions are governed by our Refund & Reschedule Policy. If there is a conflict between a product page and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.
9) Intellectual property & permitted use
What you can and cannot do
- All frameworks, templates, dashboards, text, and materials provided by us are protected intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
- You may use delivered materials for your personal development or internal business operations.
- You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or create derivative “competing products” from our materials without written permission.
- Client-provided content remains yours; you grant us a limited right to use it only to deliver the purchased offering.
10) No guarantees & disclaimers
What we do (and don’t) promise
We provide tools, assessments, strategy, execution support, and accountability. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including your effort, market conditions, and organizational constraints.
- No employment offer or job placement is guaranteed.
- We do not provide legal, medical, or individualized financial advice.
- Any examples, projections, or case references are illustrative unless explicitly stated as guaranteed deliverables.
11) Limitation of liability
Reasonable limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
12) Acceptable use
Basic rules
- Do not use the Store or materials for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the Store’s systems.
- We may refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or acts in bad faith.
13) Privacy
How data is handled
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
