What is Coaching Impact?
Coaching Impact is the execution-first services arm supporting the mission of the Spirit of the Game Foundation. We help professionals and leaders build practical AI capability, clarity, and measurable outcomes through diagnostics, pathways, and deliverables—not vague advice.
How do I choose the right product?
Start with your timeline and your level of urgency:
  • Quick clarity: choose a QuickScan or an entry Snapshot.
  • Structured improvement: choose a Guided Assessment + 30-day pathway.
  • Fast career outcomes: choose the Job Search Accelerator.
  • High-stakes leadership: choose the Executive Snapshot (advanced).
  • Longer transformation: choose the cohort program (e.g., Mastermind).
If you’re unsure, purchase the closest-fit entry offer and we’ll route you to the best next step after intake.
Is this coaching or consulting?
Most offers are a hybrid of assessment + pathway + deliverables. Some products include coaching-style calls for debrief and accountability, but the core promise is execution: you receive concrete outputs (scores, gap analysis, roadmaps, assets, dashboards).

Delivery & process

What happens after I purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Depending on the product:
  • Digital products deliver instantly (download link / access instructions).
  • Self-assessments provide a link or instructions to complete the diagnostic.
  • Guided services include an intake + scheduling link or email to coordinate.

How long does delivery take?
Typical timelines (may vary by workload and product scope):
  • Digital downloads: immediate
  • QuickScan / entry Snapshot: typically 24–72 hours after you submit inputs
  • Guided Assessment + pathway: begins after intake; roadmap within 3–7 days
  • Accelerator / executive work: scheduled delivery with defined milestones

What do you need from me to start?
Usually: your current role, target outcomes, market context, and your starting materials (CV/LinkedIn for career work, or business/impact context for snapshots). Each product includes a short intake checklist.

Payments & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments (where available) and may offer Stripe links for specific programs depending on your region.
Do you offer payment plans?
For higher-priced programs or executive services, we can offer payment plans when feasible. If a payment plan is not visible on the product page, contact us and we’ll confirm available options.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes, in many cases. Purchase individually if you need to start immediately, or contact us to arrange invoicing and procurement-friendly documentation for your organization.

Rescheduling & refunds

What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule calls with reasonable notice. If you miss a session without notice, we may treat it as used capacity. For guided services, we aim to be flexible—just communicate early.
Do you offer refunds?
In general:
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered/accessed.
  • Services may be refundable before work begins; once delivery has started, refunds are typically not available because capacity has been allocated and work product may already exist.
If there’s a genuine issue with access or delivery, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee specific outcomes because results depend on execution and context. We guarantee clarity, structure, and high-quality deliverables aligned to your situation and goals.

Digital products

How do I receive digital products?
Digital products are delivered via Shopify’s download/access mechanism or a link in your confirmation email. If you can’t access your download, email us and we’ll resend access.
Can I share or resell your templates?
No—purchases grant a personal or internal business-use license (unless otherwise stated). Redistribution, reselling, or public sharing of the files is not permitted.
Will the dashboards work in my country / currency?
Yes. Our dashboards and frameworks are built to be location-agnostic. Where local market context matters (e.g., job search), we tailor recommendations to your region and target roles.

Privacy & data

How do you handle my data and documents?
We use your inputs only to deliver your service. We do not sell your data. We keep shared materials limited to what’s necessary for delivery, and we can delete files upon request when operationally possible.
Do you use AI tools with my information?
We may use AI tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, or structuring, but we keep client confidentiality in mind. If you require strict “no-AI processing” for proprietary documents, tell us before you submit materials.
