Refunds, Rescheduling, Transfers

This policy explains how refunds and rescheduling work for our digital products, services, and programs sold through this shop. If a local consumer law grants additional rights, those rights remain in effect.

We keep this simple: digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered; services can be rescheduled with notice; programs can be transferred to a future cohort under clear conditions.

Digital products No refunds after delivery/download, except where required by law or if the file is defective and we can’t fix it.
Services & calls Reschedule with 24h notice. No-shows typically forfeit the session (details below).
Programs Limited refund window before the program starts; transfers may be available instead of refunds.

Digital Products (Templates, Dashboards, Downloads)

Examples: Impact Evaluation Dashboard (Digital), self-assessments, downloadable toolkits, templates, and other digital files.

  • After delivery: Digital products are non-refundable once the download link/file has been delivered, because the content can’t be “returned”.
  • Defective file: If the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially broken, contact us within 7 days. We will fix, replace, or provide an alternative delivery.
  • If we can’t fix it: If we cannot provide a working version within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll issue a refund for that digital product.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll correct it (refund one of the duplicates).
Note: This does not limit statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Services & 1:1 Calls (Assessments, Debriefs, Guided Pathways)

Examples: AI Job Skills Assessment + 30-Day Pathway (Guided), Impact Snapshot calls, strategic debriefs, and advisory sessions.

Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule once at no charge (subject to availability).
  • Less than 24 hours: We may treat this as a late cancellation; the session may be forfeited or a reschedule fee may apply.
  • No-show: If you miss the session without notice, the session is typically forfeited.

Refunds for Services

  • Before work starts: If you cancel before we start delivery (no intake, no analysis, no call), we can refund minus payment processor fees where applicable.
  • After work starts: Once delivery begins (intake reviewed, analysis started, call delivered, or documents produced), refunds are generally not available; we will instead aim to complete the agreed deliverables.
Fairness rule: If something goes wrong on our side (e.g., we miss a scheduled call), you can choose a full reschedule or an equivalent replacement session.

Programs & Cohorts (e.g., AI Academy Mastermind)

Programs are time-boxed, capacity-limited, and include facilitation + materials. For that reason, refund terms are stricter than for single sessions.

Refund Window

  • Before program start: Refund requests made 7+ days before the start date are eligible for refund minus payment processor fees where applicable.
  • Inside 7 days of start: Refunds are generally not available; we instead offer a one-time transfer to the next cohort (subject to seat availability).
  • After the program starts: No refunds. If there are exceptional circumstances, we may offer a transfer or partial credit at our discretion.

Transfers & Seat Changes

  • One transfer: One transfer to a future cohort may be granted if requested before or during the early stage of the program (best effort).
  • Seat is personal: Access is for the purchaser unless you request a transfer to another person and we approve it (to protect group integrity and licensing).
Payment plans: If you choose a payment plan and a payment fails, access may pause until the account is brought current.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there’s a billing issue, contact us first. We can usually resolve it quickly by confirming delivery, fixing a file, or rescheduling.

  • Please email us with your order details before filing a chargeback.
  • Filing a chargeback after we delivered the product/service may result in access being revoked while the dispute is investigated.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  • Include: Order number, product name, purchaser email, and a short explanation.
  • Response time: Typically within 2 business days.
  • Refund processing: If approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method/provider.
